Here's to a new week of loving the life I live.
There's been some small (for some people), big (for others) changes announced that affect day to day lives.
I often find change has me running for the hills, metaphorically of course!
Because for as long as I can remember the little voice called 'fear' inside me has subconciously viewed all change as unsafe.
Which is crazy because I now have a system for handling my fears, I know exactly what to do.
It's really simple!
I just 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 them.
Meaning first I write out my fear, what is it exactly that I am afraid of.
Then I create a plan as to what I would do if that fear were to actually happen.
Now that I have a plan in place, I don't need to waste the time worrying about it any more because i know exactly what I'm gonig to do if my fear comes to pass.
And believe me, it works!
